Soul coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals identify and achieve their personal goals. The coach works with the client to create a plan of action and provides support and guidance throughout the process.

 The Soul School is a transformative platform meticulously crafted to empower individuals to enrich their self-awareness, cultivate new skills, strategically attain inner peace, and triumph over any obstacles that might hinder their pursuit of a harmoniously complete soul. 

Soul coaching sessions can vary in length, but typically last between 30 minutes to an hour. The frequency of sessions can also vary depending on the needs of the client. I offer in person sessions, zoom sessions, as well as a self guided curriculum to learn at your own pace.
